Whether you are Republican or Democrat, you cannot ignore the leap America has taken in this past election. The Jim Crow laws stopped African American citizens from simple daily tasks, nearly debilitated this group of people. Now we have an African American president representing America and what we stand for. Leading us in a direction, that will hopefully, be better then where we have been. Despite certain issues that people may not agree with because of orientation with a different party, he is our president. Do we have to endorse him, no. But, as Americans, we must support him. He is our president, there is no changing that for the next 4 years. I would like to share with you a clip of Martin Luther King's " I Have a Dream " speech.
