For those of you that keep up with my life, you know that I have two credit cards. Or shall I say USED to have two credit cards! I payed off the balance of one of them! While I did not cancel it, I did put it in a cup of ice and freeze it. I thought to myself the other night, hey, I can still use it to buy stuff online. Then I realized I can't because I don't know the security code printed on the card. So, if I want to use it, I have to let it thaw. I can't microwave it, because then that would ruin the magnetic strip. And by the time it thaws, I probably will have convinced someone they owe me money or use my other card...
One other thing I've discovered is a fabulous guilt-free dessert (until you eat too many). It's simple, all you need is:
sliced strawberries
graham crackers
fat-free cool whip/whip cream
Simply put the strawberries and cool whip on the graham cracker, and you've got a tasty dessert! I'm telling you, their delicious!
