The Aquarium

On Saturday night, Brent, Lisa and I decided to go to the Aquarium downtown.  We had a coupon for 50% off admission for up to four adults.  It was really cool, we took lots of cool pictures (which I will post later this afternoon).  At the very end, we got to pet the stingrays that were swimming around in this little pool.  Poor guys, they have such a pathetic life.  So, from doing that my shirt was soaking wet!  As we were leaving, a massive group of fellow MVHS students walks in.  They were going to dinner at the Aquarium restaurant before Prom.  There I am with a soaking wet shirt and I'm with my brother and his wife.  It wasn't so bad at first, and I thought I would be able to escape unnoticed until Lisa asked one of the girls I know how the food is.  So, I wasn't just going to let my sister in law talk to her while I just gawk at how amazed I am that this is happening.  Anyway, I said hi to her, and of course for the bajilionth time I get "why aren't you going to Prom?" question.  So a word of advice.  Next time you don't attend Prom, just stay home.  Go to the most remote, darkest, most hidden corner of your house.  Turn off ALL of the lights, turn on the answering machine and turn your phone off so people think you are doing something cool.  And just sit there.  Be careful not to say a word to anyone or anything, it may reveal your location.
