Turbo Kick Boxing
This past week, I joined 24 Hour Fitness. I was SO nervous this morning when I went to my first class...Turbo Kick Boxing. Doesn't that just sound intimidating, especially to someone who doesn't do anything at Turbo speed except talking? Anyway, I knew I had to go, even if I was going alone! I thought I would be the only person in there who was out of shape, but luckily there were some other hefty women. The class was pretty easy for the first 20 minutes. Then I found out that was just the warm up. Of course it got really intense. Anyway, it was pretty challenging, I had to modify some things to make it a little easier for me, but in the middle of it I started to really have fun and get into it. It got easier after a while, but I wasn't perfect. So to all who are worried about just starting a workout routine or think they have to "get in shape" to go to the gym, forget that and just go for it! Besides, every one there is working out for themselves, people could care less about the person next to them.

Laura you rock!!! I went to turbo kick boxing once...I had to adjust some things too, no worries.
Laura, why isn't there a link to High School Musical on your "Movies to See" list? You did watch it all Christmas long...
